Break Camps

Beginning thespians who are currently in grades K-6 stretch their imagination with our theater day camps which align with all Washoe County School District breaks. Due to the length and intensity of these day camps, these camps are best suited for students who have started or have finished kindergarten.

Each camp week ends with a student showcase for family and friends. Each student receives 2 complimentary tickets with additional tickets at a pay-what-you-wish price.

Legends of the Harvest Moon:
A Fall Theatre Camp Adventure

Deep within the golden glow of the Harvest Moon lies a whimsical theatre camp where campers step into a world of enchanted groves, talking animals, mischievous fairies, and mysterious forest guardians. Through theatre games, creative movement, and imaginative play, campers will weave tales of mystery, laughter, and enchantment—transforming the stage into a magical world bursting with life and color. These creative campers will get a chance to show off their talent with an end-of-the-week showcase for family and friends.

As the nights grow longer and the harvest moon lights the sky, stories come alive on stage! Join us for a magical fall camp where myths, folklore, and autumn traditions inspire original stories. This camp blends acting, movement, and imagination with the cozy spirit of fall. Using the “Actor’s Toolbox”, students will collaborate to create original scenes inspired by the wonder of fall! Throw some singing and dancing in, and it’s sure to be a magical week. Campers will get a chance to share their original stories with an end-of-the-week showcase for family and friends.

Education Programming Refund Policy

  • Cancellation more than 4 weeks before a class/camp begins will result in a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee per class/camp.

  • Cancellation more than 2 weeks before a class/camp begins will result in a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee per class/camp.

  • Cancellation within 1-2 weeks of a class/camp beginning will result in a class/camp credit, minus a $50 cancellation fee per class/camp.

  • Cancellation 1 week or less before a class/camp begins will result in no refund or credit.

  • Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis for students with illness or family emergencies.
