Reno Little Theater is a community theater and the experience you have at a performance will be one you take an active part in crafting with the artists working on the production, as well as with your fellow audience members.

 

As you enter the theater, we encourage you to be present in the space. We ask that you refrain from filming or photographing the show. The magic of theater is that it is here and now, and it cannot be exactly replicated ever again. Enjoy the here and now.

We offer a recommendation that you take the opportunity to connect with your community members in the audience - introduce yourself to someone new, say hello to an old friend. At intermission or after the show, take a moment to discuss your experience with others in the room. We aim to build community that lasts outside the confines of these walls.

Finally, during the show, we invite you to allow yourself the freedom to react authentically to what’s happening in the world you’ve stepped into. We encourage you to feel free to express yourself and allow your fellow audience members to do the same. Memorable experiences made in a community theater come from your engagement with the art you see onstage and with each other.
