As part of our commitment to building partnerships in the community, our stunning building is available to rent for meetings, special occasions, and musical or theatrical events.  Any gathering in this dynamic space creates a delightful social experience.  If you’re looking for someplace to take
you into another world, consider holding your event at RLT!

 

We rent our facility for use of the lobby, box office, dressing rooms, prep kitchen, concession area, performance space, and you'll also have access to our professional sound and lighting system and parking lot.  A podium, several folding tables, and extra chairs are also available and fees can be arranged for ticketing, props, costumes, and set pieces.

 

The completed 7200 sq. ft. building includes:

Black box theater, seating 128 patrons

Space for classes and rehearsals

Scene shop and storage area

Full dressing room

Costume shop and storage area

Lobby with box office, concessions, available for receptions

Art gallery and additional upstairs lounge

Accessible restrooms and seating

Projector and wall-sized screen

Equipped for community meetings and special events

Just need a meeting room for up to 30 people or a rehearsal space? We can offer arrangements for those as well.

 

Packages for renting our space are customizable, but the base rates are as follows: 
Main Theater: $150/hr (4hr minimum)*

Rehearsal Hall: $75/hr (4hr minimum)*

Meeting Space: $35/hr (2hr minimum)

Basic tech package (includes mics, sound system, general lighting wash): $150

Tech Support: $25/hr

Front of House Support (Box Office/Concessions): $20/hr per staff member needed

Ticketing: $50 set up + $3 per ticket sold

Tech designs, special props, additional support: Negotiable

Non-profit discount available
