Meet Our Team

Resident Designer & GLM TD

Chad Sweet
(he/him)

Chad worked professionally as an actor, director, and designer in theaters across the country and in Mexico for a decade before moving to Reno in 2004. After taking a hiatus to start a business and paint full time, he returned to theater in 2010 first acting, then making the leap to Producing Artistic Director of Good Luck Macbeth for three years until landing at RLT in 2014. Some highlights of his career include FOLLIES at Paper Mill Playhouse (1998) working with Stephen Sondheim, Ann Miller, Jerry Mitchell, Donna McKechnie, and Tony Roberts among others; touring the U.S. with educational theater shows for over two years; and spending many beautiful summers at Cortland Repertory Theatre, The New London Barn Playhouse, and The New Harmony Playhouse. His life includes four children, three animals, and his adorable, much-smarter-than-him wife.

Production Manager

Jordan Cowan
(she/her)

Originally from Connecticut and now based in Reno, NV, Jordan Cowan (She/Any) is a technician, intimacy specialist, stage manager and improvisor who graduated from Western Connecticut State University. She studied theatrical performance and design with a focus on the theater industry's relationship with consent based practices. She is currently studying with the likes of Chelsea Pace (Open: Intimacy Creatives), Laura Rikard (Theatrical Intimacy Education), and many different intimacy specialists to continue her practices in Intimacy Consultation and Choreography.

Though her journey started on the stage, it has expanded to behind and beyond the stage. Since graduating, Jordan has had the distinct pleasure of working with the creative teams at Hartford Stage, Long Wharf Theatre, the Goodspeed Opera House, and the Sharon Playhouse. Now having moved to Reno, she is incredibly excited to be a part of the creative staff at the Reno Little Theater & Good Luck Macbeth as well as an educator and mentor at the University of Nevada, Reno. Her hope is to continue to expand and grow the local community of artists while learning what these creative spaces can do to empower those who look to art for comfort, entertainment, and inciting change.

Jordan is looking forward to connecting with performers and technicians alike to create brave spaces and new, exciting works!

Theater Technician

Henry Wilson
(he/him)

Henry has been involved in theater for over two decades, with a background in both performance and production. He spent five years working professionally at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles, where he gained experience in stage carpentry, lighting, and audio.

Following this time, Henry expanded into design and creative direction, bringing a sense of theatricality to projects in film and photography. His work took him from Los Angeles to New York City, where he spent two years working in fashion and commercial production.

When he’s not working behind the scenes, Henry enjoys being on stage. Favorite roles include Pippin (Pippin), Melchior Gabor (Spring Awakening), Jack Kelly (Newsies), the Baker (Into the Woods), and the Emcee (Cabaret).

Henry is thrilled to be back in Northern Nevada and to be part of the Reno Little Theater community.
