Upcoming Workshops and Classes 

Spring 2024

These classes are designed for young actors ages 8-17. 

With a level for more advanced actors during the week and a Saturday class for beginners, RLT's education program has opportunities for all ages and experience levels!

To make theater accessible for all people regardless of financial status, scholarships and payment plans are available. Please apply for the Jim Cashell Memorial Scholarship on our scholarship page for financial assistance with these classes.  To create a payment plan, please reach out to education@renolittletheater.org.

Each class will culminate in a showcase for family and friends. The showcases are general admission with tickets available to purchase at a Pay-What-You-Wish price.

Welcome to an exciting journey into the captivating world of theatre! Our "Introduction to Theatre" class is designed for individuals ages 8-12 who are eager to explore the art of performance, storytelling, and self-expression. No prior experience is required – just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to explore the magic of the stage. Students will get the opportunity to show off their skills with a showcase for family and friends.

This course guides teens through all aspects of scene work for the theatre. The course will introduce and build skills including how to analyze and interpret text, connect with other actors, make strong physical and vocal choices, develop fully realized characters, and how to use their time well both in and outside of rehearsals. Students will get the opportunity to show off their skills with a showcase for family and friends.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Education Programming Refund Policy

  • Cancellation more than 4 weeks before a class/camp begins will result in a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee per class/camp.

  • Cancellation more than 2 weeks before a class/camp begins will result in a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee per class/camp.

  • Cancellation within 1-2 weeks of a class/camp beginning will result in a class/camp credit, minus a $50 cancellation fee per class/camp.

  • Cancellation 1 week or less before a class/camp begins will result in no refund or credit.

  • Exceptions will be considered for students with COVID-19 symptoms.
