As part of our commitment to building partnerships in the community, our stunning building is available to rent for meetings, special occasions, musical or theatrical events. Any gathering in this dynamic space creates a delightful social experience. If you’re looking for someplace to take you into another world, consider holding your event in this delightful atmosphere.
- Non profit rates: $150/4 hours Monday-Thursday, $200/4hours Friday-Sunday, $50 each additional hour
- For profit rates: $250/4hours Monday-Thursday, $350/4 hours Friday-Sunday, $100 each additional hour
- $15/hour for RLT technical equipment operator(s).
- $10/hour for RLT building representative on site during rental
- $50 cleaning fee
Rate includes use of the lobby, box office, dressing rooms, prep kitchen, concession area, performance space, our professional sound and lighting system and parking lot. A podium, several folding tables and extra chairs are also available and fees can be arranged for props, costumes and set pieces.
Just need a meeting room for up to 30 people? We can arrange that too for an hourly rate of $35 plus a $15 cleaning fee and the building representative fee.
