poster Performed in the style of Commedia dell'arte, a troupe of strolling players bring Aesop's fable about friendship, trust and gratitude to the stage with music, comedy and a twist. What happens when a slave takes a leap of faith and helps a lion? Can Androcles win his freedom from a life of slavery? Shall the lovers be allowed to marry? Will the greedy miser and braggart Captain meet a just end? And what about the lion? A fun romp through fable and theater, sure to delight the whole family.

follow the signs to the theater.
